Jack will be giving a talk from 2pm about The Lifeboat Station Project as part of an all-day event hosted by the Yorkshire Monochrome Group on Sunday 13th January 2019.
Members of the public are welcome to attend Jack’s talk from 2pm with a fee of £5 payable on entry.
If you’d like to attend for the full day from 10-4, you must book a place via the Yorkshire Monochrome Group website at a cost of £15, which includes a hearty lunch!
Come along and say hello during this relaxed event. Jack will arrive at around 11am with his mobile darkroom and will have items for sale including the 2019 Calendar, the famous LSP Keyring, postcard packs and Neena Mugs. Cash and card payments accepted.

CALM BEFORE THE STORM: THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHING LIFEBOATS
26th January 2019 to 22nd April 2019, Poole Museum, Dorset
A selection of lifeboat images by Frank Beken are to go on show at Poole Museum from 26th January 2019 to 22nd April 2019, in an exhibition entitled ‘Calm before the Storm: The Art of Photographing Lifeboats’.
The work will be shown alongside glass plate images of current lifeboat stations and crew by photographer Jack Lowe, creator of The Lifeboat Station Project.
