RNLI lifeboat capsizes during Clyde rescue

The Largs RNLI boat was called out to help a fishing boat that had started taking on water on Wednesday.

It’s early days but it feels promising…I’ll keep you posted!

It’s big too at 20×30 inches. By way of thanks, I’m going to make him a print of the photograph I made of this fine vessel on her mooring in the river 10 years ago (also pictured).

As you can see, it’s inspired by the portrait I made of the late Tony Hawkins MBE and will make a fine addition to The LSP archive.

New Brighton Revisited

How wonderful to know that those poignant images are now held in the local archives of National Museums Liverpool, yet more acclaim for ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

The stations are Flint, Llandudno and Rhyl.

Charting A New Course

I shall no longer make new work on the project. Instead, I am shifting my attentions to making the much-anticipated coffee table book of the vast body of work I’ve made over the years…

I’ve already had several responses which have been SO supportive. Feeling very lucky to have such excellent people rooting for me.
